Policies

Thank you for choosing Present Day Mystic as a partner in your Soul’s evolution. These readings and counseling sessions are a little different from most psychic readings because they require advance research and preparation to be meaningful to you. Therefore, the following policies apply:

· Payment is due at the time the appointment is made.

· For your protection and ours, all clients are required to sign a Client Consent Form prior to the commencement of their first session.

· You will receive a confirmation email one day before your scheduled appointment, which will include any information necessary for the appointment. Please look for it.

· Stuff happens. Should you need to reschedule an appointment, every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate you upon request at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment; however, multiple reschedulings are solely at Present Day Mystic’s discretion. If Present Day Mystic requests to reschedule your appointment, you will have the right to cancel and have your fee refunded in full if we cannot agree to an appointment time acceptable to you.

· No refunds will be given for any cancellation by you within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or after a reading or counselling session. 

· All appointments are recorded for your convenience, so you may be fully present in the moment. 

· You will receive a follow-up email within one or two days after your appointment with a link to the recording, any homework and other relevant information.  Please download or save the recording.  Present Day Mystic does not retain recordings of client sessions long-term for confidentiality reasons.
